Welcome to my charcuterie journey! My passion for creating beautiful and delicious charcuterie boxes began when my friend opened BellaVino Wine Bar. I started crafting these delightful boxes to complement her exquisite wines, and I quickly discovered how much I enjoyed the creativity involved in assembling them.
As a proud Mom of two and a Nana to one, I have always loved hosting my family and friends. Whether it’s a casual gathering or a special occasion, I believe that a well-prepared appetizer dish, like a charcuterie board, brings people together and enhances the experience. My kitchen has always been a hub of activity, filled with laughter and shared moments over tasty snacks.
What sets my charcuterie apart is my commitment to using artisan-crafted ingredients sourced from local farmers' markets whenever possible. I take great care in selecting seasonal fruits and cheeses, ensuring that each box reflects the best of what nature has to offer. My choices are inspired by the time of year and upcoming holidays, allowing me to create unique and festive arrangements.
While I may not have formal culinary training, my background in waitressing and bartending has given me a deep appreciation for quality food and the joy it brings to gatherings. My goal is for customers to find my products not only visually appealing but also a delightful treat for the taste buds.
